What began as a personal investment quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I continued purchasing, renovating, and improving properties while gaining valuable insight into the factors that create long-term value in real estate.

My background in new construction and property renovations provides a unique perspective that extends beyond buying and selling homes. By 2018, I was actively purchasing and renovating properties, developing firsthand experience in real estate investments, negotiations, building practices, and property improvements. What I enjoyed most throughout this journey wasn’t just the properties themselves but it was working with people, understanding their goals, and helping create positive outcomes.
